All fees once paid to the Delhi Association for Fencing (DAFF) are non- refundable under any circumstance.
Double payment/wrong credit will be considered for refund after request and deduction of the bank charges/Payment Gateway charges/Transaction Charges.
In any case, if a fencer registered for a competition failed to participate in it, there will be no refund.
In any case, if a fencer did not meet the entry standards set by the Association for the competition and entry is rejected, there will be no refund.
DAFF is not responsible for any payment done on external site links in the name of DAFF.
If a competition is cancelled by the Association due to unavoidable circumstances, the registration fee will be refunded upon advice of the management.
DAFF will also follow the refund format of the official payment gateway, if required.
